What Does the & Represent?

The ampersand (&) is a simple reminder that people are more than a single label, opinion, belief, or experience.

Every design represents a different way we divide ourselves. The "&" reminds us that connection is still possible.

Because life isn't either/or.

It's &.

We’re living in a world that profits off our division. Every headline. Every political stunt. Every algorithm pumping fear into your feed. 

The playbook is clear: keep us divided, keep us weak.


HERE'S THE TRUTH:


We’re not falling for it anymore.  The ampersand (“&”) is our rebellion. It’s more than punctuation - it’s a symbol of connection, courage, and unity. 


“Black & White, Red & Blue, Straight & Gay, Different & Together, You & Me”


Division is cheap. Unity is revolutionary. And right now, unity is the most radical, savage move we can make.

  Because it’s simple. It’s bold. It’s undeniable.  


One symbol that can be slapped on a sticker, painted on a wall, worn on a shirt - and instantly, it says,

“I choose unity!”

The & Project is a call to arms for human connection.


This isn’t passive.
